I don’t see my city in the drop down menu?
We are currently a small but mighty team and want to ensure we can cover your location on our delivery route. We will try and accommodate if you are in a surrounding city, please email kristin@thepurdypumpkin.com and we will respond ASAP to see if we can add you to route!
I REQUESTED a specific DELIVERY week, when will I know what date my pumpkins will be installed?
Once orders have been placed we will contact you to let you know when you can expect your pumpkins to be installed. We do our best to accommodate the delivery week requested but can’t always guarantee it.
I have AN EVENT and would like the purdy pumpkin to install but not sure what i need?
We are happy to set up and take down for fall events, weddings, and parties. Please email and we can work with you directly on what you need and ensure you are taken care of!
one of my pumpkins rotted, now what?
Pumpkins are a perishable item and it is to be expected in the Texas heat that a few pumpkins won’t make it the whole season. It is to be expected that a couple pumpkins may rot by Halloween and a few more before Thanksgiving. If you are experiencing something more, please reach out and we will see how we can help or replace.
I didn’t order pumpkin removal and would like to now, what do I do?
